It’s time for an honest conversation.
If you’re looking for a space to breathe, insights and perspective, communication skills, or healing - you’ve come to the right place.
My approach
Here, therapy is a co-created journey. That means your goals are my goals. We work on what’s important to you from a place of honesty, integrity, and directness. Unlike the medical model which labels and pathologizes patients, in this space we start whole and end better. This isn’t about being broken or damaged, it is about seeing the possibility and finding a path there, together.
75% of couples move from significant distress to recovery with couples therapy.
